It goes against my grain, being a proud Italian to write this message. I am including this page
because we, my 81 year old sister and I are in extremely bad shape financially. I am sure you are thinking, "Hey, join
the crowd, many of us are hurting, financially." I am afraid we (she) will lose her condo if we do not get money
enough to pay the many bills that we have. So, she is forced to sell her beautiful condo which is close to just about anything
and everything you would want to make your life comfortable. The condo was once listed for $285,000.00. Of course in
these tough times she had to reduce it a great deal. She is now asking a little over $200,000.00. I am sure when the market
improves and we get rid of the clowns in the once White House the housing market will rebound with a vengence.

As you can see by the photos the condo is immaculate. It will be sold furnished. The price will
be about $200,000. (negotiable) The building is always very clean, New carpets were recently installed on all 8 floors, and
new lighting was just added. A security system was installed also, but because the condo is in a very well secured area
we really don't need one. We have a nice swimming pool, a large recreation club house, with different things to do. Monthly
maintenance is very cheap also. The condo is within walking distance
to Publix, Winn Dixie and the casinos. We hate to sell, but we are forced to.
