As you can see by the photos the condo is immaculate. It will be sold furnished. The price will
be about $200,000. (negotiable) The building is always very clean, New carpets were recently installed on all 8 floors, and
new lighting was just added. A security system was installed also, but because the condo is in a very well secured area
we really don't need one. We have a nice swimming pool, a large recreation club house, with different things to do. Monthly
maintenance is very cheap also. The condo is within walking distance to Publix, Winn Dixie and the casinos. We
hate to sell, but we are forced to.
